Corporate governance at Röko is based on Swedish laws, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, as well as the company’s Articles of Association, Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market rulebook for issuers of shares, and other rules and recommendations issued by relevant organizations. Since its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm 2025, Röko has applied the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
